Elements Matter - Connections The forest stands still and silent; white mist rises from the meadows... Small groups silenced the silence during the KunstTREFFpunkt action. Together with the artist, they went on a journey to experience peace and relaxation in the forest. A medi-dating on the environment in relation to the four elements unravels conscious connection: " I am water and on a wave become sea foam, rise through the air and now drift north in a cloud to merge with the earth as a snowflake." You experience all the elements in the first-person perspective. The spontaneous reactions on paper span and spin a network on transparent gauze. Environmental issues interweave with personal experiences on silk organza. A video-meditation on the elements, projected onto the lace, offer sounds and images of their different states. Water as the sea from far and near, streams, rivers, lakes, rain and as single drops ... fire, cosy in the fireplace and threatening crackling and crashing ... air as wind, as a hurricane and as a fresh breeze ... topsoil as a landslide, and silently trickling from a hand.
